Steps to make a return:

• Deadline: you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Product condition: during the first 14 days you may unpack and examine the product to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, just as you would in a physical shop. From day 15 we only accept unused products with the factory seals intact.
• Packaging: pack the product so that it arrives protected.
• Return request: go to your order history, click «Order details» and select the return option. We do not process exchanges: if you need a different item, return the one you received and place a new order.
• Label and shipping: print the return label, place it where it is clearly visible on the parcel and hand it in at a Post Office or the carrier indicated on the label.
• Refund: once we receive and check the product, we refund the corresponding amount. The cost of the return label is deducted from the refund.

Exceptions and special conditions

During the first 14 days (right of withdrawal)

• Items with no right of return: for health and hygiene reasons and to protect intellectual property, we cannot accept returns of personal care, health and hygiene items (underwear, cosmetics, etc.) or audio, video or software recordings (CDs, films, video games, etc.) that have been unsealed after delivery.
• Loss of value through handling: you have the right to open the packaging to check the product. If it reaches us without its original packaging in perfect condition, incomplete, without manuals or accessories, or showing signs of use beyond that check, the depreciation will be assessed and deducted from the refund.

From day 15 to day 30 (extended returns policy)

• During this additional period, which we offer voluntarily beyond what the law requires, we only accept unused products with all factory seals intact.
