The cost of the shipping label we provide will be deducted from your refund amount. The rates are as follows:
- 4.95 € for returns from Spain.
- 5.95 € for returns from Portugal.
- 9.95 € for returns from the rest of Europe.
Steps to make a return:
- Product condition: Ensure the product is clean, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Packaging: Pack the product properly to prevent damage during transport.
- Return request:
- Access your order history by clicking HERE.
- Click on "Order Details" and select the "Return or exchange" option.
- Follow the instructions to download the return label.
- Label and shipping:
- Print and place the return label in a visible location on the package.
- Drop it off at a Post Office (or the shipping company indicated on the label).
- Refund: Once we receive and verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.
Exceptions and special return conditions:
To ensure the best experience and comply with current regulations, please keep in mind the following conditions depending on when you request the return:
During the first 14 days (Legal right of withdrawal):
- Items with no right of return: For reasons of health, hygiene, and intellectual property protection, the return of personal care, health, and hygiene items (underwear, cosmetics, etc.) or audio, video, or software recordings (CDs, movies, video games, etc.) that have been unsealed or opened after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Loss of value due to handling: You have the right to open the packaging to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. However, if you return items (such as electronic products or general goods) without their original packaging in perfect condition, without manuals, without accessories, or showing signs of use that exceed mere verification, the product will suffer a legal depreciation. This loss of value will be evaluated and deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
From day 15 to 30 (Our extended return policy):
- During this additional period, we will only accept returns of products that are strictly in their original condition, unused, and with all factory seals intact. Returns of unsealed, opened, or manipulated items will not be processed once the first 14 days from receipt have passed.
