Relahelp (Composition per 2 capsules): 150 mg de hidrolizado de proteínas de leche, 100 mg de L-Teanina, 45 mg de magnesio, 30 mg de vitamina C, 9 mg de niacina, 5 mg de vitamina E, 3 mg de ácido pantoténico, 2,25 mg de zinc, 1 mg de vitamina B6, 0,8 mg de riboflavina, 0,7 mg de tiamina, 75 mcg de biotina, 100 mcg de ácido fólico y 0,5 mcg de vitamina B12.
How to use
MELATOVIT LIPOSOMAL: Take 1 daily dose of 1 mg (0.5 ml) to help reduce the time taken to fall asleep, shortly before going to bed. It can be taken directly.
Relahelp: Take 1 or 2 capsules a day.
