Dunal) raíz titulado al 1,5 % en witanólidos, agente de carga (celulosa microcristalina), cápsula de origen vegetal (hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa: agente de recubrimiento), Safr’InsideTM [extracto seco de azafrán (Crocus sativus L. – estigmas) estandarizado al 2 % en safranal, 3% en crocina y 12% en safromotivinas ], vitamina B1 (clorhidrato de tiamina), vitamina B3: niacina (nicotinamida), vitamina B6 (clorhidrato de piridoxina), ácido fólico (ácido pteroilmonoglutámico), vitamina B12 (cianocobalamina), antiaglomerantes (estearato de magnesio y dióxido de silicio).

2 capsules provide 30 mg of Saffron extract – Safr’InsideTM (2 % safranal – 0,6 mg) (3% Crocina – 0,9 mg) (12% Safromotivinas – 3,6 mg), 500 mg Ashwagandha extract) (1,5% withanolides – 7,5 mg), 1,1 mg of vitamin B1 (thiamin) (100% NRV*), 16 mg of vitamin B3 (niacin) (100% NRV*), 1,4 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) (100% NRV*), 200 µg of vitamin B9 (folic acid) (100% NRV*), 2,5 µg of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) (100% NRV*).

Directions for use
Take 1 or 2 capsules a day. With breakfast and/or dinner. Take for a minimum of 2 months, with the first effects beginning to be noticed in the first two weeks.
