- Ingredients: Melatonin (1 mg - 1.95 mg), pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 0.7 mg, microcrystalline cellulose (stabilizer), magnesium salts of fatty acids (stabilizer), silicon oxide (anti-caking agent), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (stabilizer), titanium dioxide (colorant), indigo carmine (colorant), corn maltodextrin, gum arabic, magnesium stearate.
- Directions for use: Take 1 tablet shortly before going to bed, preferably every day.
The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amounts. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not consume during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
