Taking care of your limbs is important, especially if you suffer from venous pathologies such as truncal varices, venous thrombosis, or post-thrombotic syndrome. To pamper those legs that we need to keep in optimal health, Farmalastic has created a pair of long lace-top stockings (A-F) with normal compression. Especially indicated for people undergoing treatment for venous pathologies and pregnant women.
Main features
- Indications: Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), truncal varices, primary varices with edema, before and after a phlebectomy or venous sclerotherapy, thrombophlebitis, post-thrombotic edema, and angiodysplasia.
- Contraindications: Ulcerations in acute phase, arterial diseases, allergies to the stocking materials, thrombosis in advanced stages.
- Composition: Mesh: Polyamide 78%, Covered elastomer 22%. Lace: Polyamide 93%, Elastane 7%, Silicone.
- Utilisation: Turn the stocking inside out and place it on the ankle. First place the heel in position, and then progressively pull up the stocking. It is advised to moisten the silicone of the lace top to ensure a better grip. In case of doubt between two sizes, always use the larger one.
- Maintenance: Hand wash with neutral soap and water at a temperature below 30ºC. When drying, do not expose to the sun, radiators, or any other heat source. Do not iron. The contact of the garment with creams or oils deteriorates the elastic threads, making them less elastic and weaker.
