Cien por Cien Natural Probitec Pregnancy and Lactation 30 capsules is a dietary supplement formulated with patented lactic acid bacteria, FloraActive®: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus reuteri, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, enriched with omega-3 fatty acids. These bacteria are naturally present in our gastrointestinal tract. This supplement assists in the normal ocular and nervous system development of the fetus and the infant.
Main features
- Composition: An ideal combination for mother and child. Each capsule contains 3 different probiotic strains (minimum total count of 1 billion live bacteria) and inulin as a prebiotic fiber.
- Fatty Acids: Each pearl contains Krill Phospholipids PL+ DHA with the recommended daily amount of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and omega-3.
- Benefits of DHA: DHA contributes to the normal brain development of the fetus and the breastfed infant. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults (250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid EPA).
- Special features: Krill oil phospholipids PL+ improve the absorption and bioavailability of DHA present in Omegatex® microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.) by up to 5 times compared to a triglyceride oil alone.
