This SDRAM DDR4-3200 CL22 memory module (synchronous DRAM) of 4G x 64 bits (32GB), 2Rx8, non-ECC, is based on sixteen 2G x 8 bits FBGA components. The SPD is programmed for standard JEDEC DDR4-3200 latency with timings of 22-22-22 at 1.2V. This 260-pin DIMM uses gold contacts.
