D-Link's SFP+ 10G module series are hot-swappable SFP+ transceivers that connect to switch SFP+ slots and are 10G Ethernet compatible. They offer customers a wide variety of 10G Ethernet connectivity options for data centers, enterprise wiring closets, and service provider transport applications.
Enhanced Small Form-Factor Pluggable
Transceivers use the enhanced small form-factor pluggable (SFP+) format. The SFP+ form factor is smaller than other form factors like Xenpak, X2, and 10G XFP, ensuring lower costs, lower power interruption, and higher port density.
Hot-Pluggable
All D-Link transceivers are hot-pluggable. You can connect a transceiver while the system is powered on without causing any issues, allowing modules to be added or removed without network interruption.
10G Ethernet Speeds
All transceivers support 10G Ethernet, resulting in very fast data transmissions up to 10 Gbit/s.
