Directions for use
For the first 5 days, 20 grams divided into 4 doses (200 mg/kg body weight). For maintenance, 5 grams daily divided into several doses. Continue for 4 weeks, then take a break. It can also be taken before training 5 g and after training another lot. It is advisable to take it with a little carbohydrate or drinks with a high glycaemic index. It is recommended to have a drink at least one hour before and after exercise. To prepare a drink, dissolve 4 measuring scoops (30 g) in 300 ml of water. Makes 33 servings.
