- Ingredients: Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L., grain), coating agent-capsule (gelatin, humectant: glycerin), D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E).
- How to use: 2 to 4 softgels per day, divided into two doses, with meals.
- Recommended daily dose (4 softgels): Vitamin E: 12 mg, Evening primrose oil: 2000 mg, Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA): 200 mg.
