Modo de empleo
Dilute 2 drops of the chosen flower in a glass of water. Sip at intervals. To use several flowers, add 2 drops of each of the chosen ones to a 30 ml dropper bottle and fill it with mineral water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. Do not use more than 7 flowers at a time. Externally, apply 2 drops to the wrists, temples or behind the ears. If necessary, Bach flower remedies can be administered directly onto the tongue or by rubbing the lips with them. Put 2 drops of each chosen elixir into a 30 ml amber glass bottle with a glass pipette. Add 10 drops of brandy or apple cider vinegar and top up with mineral water. Take 5 drops, 5 or 6 times a day. Dilute 4 drops of the elixir or elixirs you need in half a glass of still mineral water. Drink the contents of the glass throughout the day, holding each sip under your tongue for a few seconds before swallowing.
