Directions for use
To take everywhere: Put 2 drops of each chosen elixir into a 30 ml topaz-coloured glass bottle with a glass dropper. Add 10 drops of cognac or apple cider vinegar and top up with mineral water. Take 5 drops, 5 or 6 times a day.
To take at home: Dilute 4 drops of the elixir or elixirs you need in half a glass of still mineral water. Drink the contents of the glass throughout the day, holding each sip under your tongue for a few seconds before swallowing.
