Convenient Firmware Updates
Users receive an automatic notification when firmware updates are available for Synology Plus Series hard drives and can seamlessly update the units from DiskStation Manager (DSM) on their Synology storage system, avoiding the use of third-party tools and disk removal for firmware updates.
