6-12 years = 1 teaspoon (5 ml): iron 7.5 mg, natural vitamin C 22.5 mg, vitamin D 2.5 µg, vitamin B1 0.6 mg, vitamin B2 0.7 mg, vitamin B6 0.7 mg, vitamin B12 1.3 µg, folic acid 100 µg.
3-6 years = 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml): iron 3.8 mg, natural vitamin C 11.3 mg, vitamin D 1.3 µg, vitamin B1, 0.3 mg, vitamin B2 0.4 mg, vitamin B6 0.4 mg, vitamin B12 0.6 µg, folic acid 50 µg.
Directions for use
Take the recommended dose, preferably half an hour before breakfast. It can be taken directly or the indicated amounts can be diluted in a glass of water or another liquid. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml). Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Children from 3 to 6 years: half a teaspoon (2.5 ml). Shake the bottle before each intake.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Shelf life from the manufacturing date: 2 years.
