Composition
- Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) 100%, 1.2 g per bag.
Instructions for use
- Hot Preparation: Immerse a bag in boiling water (100°C), covering the cup to prevent the evaporation of volatile compounds. Let it infuse for 2-3 minutes and remove the bag.
- Cold Preparation: Place a bag in a cup, pour boiling water, let it rest for 2 to 5 minutes, and if you wish to drink it cold, add ice.
- Additional options: Can be sweetened with sugar or sweetener to taste.
