It contains three active ingredients: valerian, ideal for periods of temporary stress as it helps to calm; passionflower, used to maintain mental activity during times of stress; and hawthorn, with action on rest and better relaxation.
- How to use: Take 1 tablet a day, when necessary.
- Ingredients per tablet: Valerian extract 500 mg (Valerenic acid 2 mg), Passionflower extract 100 mg (Flavonoids 2 mg), Hawthorn extract 100 mg (Flavonoids <=5 mg, Oligomeric proanthocyanidins <=35 mg).
